The Christmas season is a time for celebration and the Veloche Interior and Exhibition team at the head office was no exception. The team came together for a Secret Santa play and it was a blast!

The event was filled with laughter and joy as the team members opened their gifts and shared in the excitement of the season. The team had a great time bonding and connecting with each other as they exchanged gifts.

To add to the festive atmosphere, the team decided to arrange a small evening party with refreshments. The party was a great success and everyone had a wonderful time. The refreshments were delicious and helped to create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.

In this article, we’ll take you on a journey through the challenges, dedication, and exceptional design that made this project a true milestone for the company.

Designing the Impossible

When the Dubai Health Authority approached Veloche Interior and Exhibition, they presented a daunting challenge: transform Sheikh Ahmed Square (SAS), a sprawling 14,000-square-meter area, in just five months. What seemed impossible to many was seen as an opportunity by Veloche, a chance to prove their expertise and commitment to excellence.

The clock started ticking, and Veloche’s team went into overdrive. In just two months, they conceptualized a visionary design that would set Sheikh Ahmed Square apart. Each divisional space was meticulously designed, with unique color schemes and moods, creating a seamless yet distinct ambiance throughout. What truly set this project apart was the extensive use of greenery, which not only provided an air of serenity but also promoted a refreshing and health-focused atmosphere.

To ensure the highest quality, Veloche turned to their sister company, Ventura, renowned for producing high-quality furniture in Turkey. The result was an ensemble of fine finished furnishings that not only elevated the space but also set the stage for a vibrant and serene working environment.

A Dedicated Team

Completing a project of this magnitude demanded more than just design prowess; it required unwavering dedication from a highly qualified professional team. Veloche Interior and Exhibition’s Designers, Project Management experts, Production teams, and MEP specialists came together, committing their expertise and energy to the project. Dubai Center for Special Need (DCSN) organized a “Winter Fair” charity event on 26th November 2022. It’s a yearly event hosted by DCSN to bring happiness and spread awareness among the community to uplift the values and an urge to support the organization. The event was organized to raise funds for the center which provides a range of services including education and training, counselling, and social development programs. Dubai is a city that really cares about its people. It has always been known as a place where people with disabilities are given all the support they need to live fulfilling lives. The Dubai Center for Special Needs is one of the many organizations in this city that provides care and support to those with special needs

We, Veloche Interior and Exhibition take pride in contribution on every occasion to DCSN. This year our part was to design and produce the grand stage with Christmas tree cut out as requested by DCSN. This centre stage was the highlight which had the Santa Sleighs with gifts for the kids for people to take pictures with their loved ones.

Veloche’s Director Mrs. Debanjali is also an Advocate for Children with Autism and encourages financial independence for people of determination (POD).

The winter fair was held at the Dubai center for special needs in Al Quoz, with a variety of stalls, games, and entertainment for all ages. There were also live performances as well as food stalls serving hot beverages and snacks. The event was attended by a large number of people, who were able to enjoy the diverse range of activities and games, as well as the opportunity to purchase a variety of products from different exhibitors.

A yearly occasion to commemorate Ramadan and one of the most popular events on Veloche’s calendar, Veloche Interior and Exhibition’s Director Mrs. Debanjali Kamstra & Christiaan Kamstra hosted the Iftar event to all the Veloche family members well attended and greatly enjoyed.

 

Director Mrs. Debajali gave her thoughts on this special occasion with respect and importance to every community. Followed by a wonderful grand feast offering, the vibrance and rich colors encapsulated the evening.

This is that time of every year where all the happiness and joy bundles up for the Christmas Season. A yearly celebrated event at Veloche, thus given the surprise by Veloche Interior and Exhibition’s Director Mrs. Debanjali, took the extra mile to make it more glamorous boarding the Oberoi deck.

Sailing around the beautiful city of Dubai with music, food, activities, gifts and laughter, Veloche made more bonding among the team to strive towards the company’s vision.

Veloche Interior and Exhibition celebrated its 11th anniversary at our workshop at Jabali Ali with Veloche family. Director Mrs. Debanjali Kamstra and Mr. Christiaan Kamstra has marked their 11th term in Dubai making Veloche Interior and Exhibition one of the most successful Interior Fit Out Design company in the UAE.

The Highlights of this event included Puja rituals (Religious prayer) followed by dinner. We celebrated to honor the hard-working team who stood by for our success. Our directors announced their upcoming projects and more additions to our family.
